The Gold Award
Our insurance company, Raffles, presents Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards each year for the top performers in each category. The scores are tabulated using the Risk Assessment scores, the Injury Rates, the DART rates, the attendance to the insurance workshops, and several other insurance metrics.
Gregory Poole has received the Silver award for the last two years, but it was a matter of time before our safety culture improvements would get us to the Gold. This year we were presented with the Gold Award and I wanted to thank everyone at Gregory Poole for helping to bring us from middle of the pack to the best in class. Not only did we win the Gold for our group, we had the third highest score of all the members!
